Megan comes to the MedEvac Foundation International with thirty years of experience leading non-profit organizations. As a seasoned executive, she has managed the operations of three multimillion-dollar healthcare organizations including the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR), National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and the International Dyslexia Association (IDA). In her role as Executive Director, Megan was responsible for the daily management of the association and the implementation of strategic initiatives to advance the organization’s mission. Megan also spent 15 years with the American Urological Association (AUA), most recently serving as associate executive director responsible for AUA’s Washington, D.C. office of government affairs, office of research, clinical guidelines department and practice management division.
Megan holds an M.P.A. in health policy from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. She has achieved the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives and is a graduate of SmithBucklin’s Leadership Learning Forum.
