Jeff Shullaw serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Midwest Medical and its affiliates. His primary responsibility is overseeing the direction and strategic growth of the organization. Having started with Midwest in 1999 in an entry-level position, Jeff has a deep understanding of the industry. His experiences include all aspects of patient care, management, compliance, operations, business development and finance.  Immediately prior to his current position, Jeff served as General Manager, where he built the company to a size large enough to attract significant capital investment. He also developed the software which is a key component of Midwest’s data-driven growth and facilitates partnerships by providing transparency with its customers.

As the leader of a multi-state EMS organization, Jeff works to foster a culture of collaboration, partnership and safety with Midwest’s customers and employees.  Jeff and the Midwest team have developed sustainable, tailored solutions for a wide range of market profiles, from super rural to large, inner-city urban communities. He enjoys applying creative methods to turn around struggling EMS operations and territories and help them realize their opportunities for growth and quality operations.

Jeff is committed to improving the industry and has been involved with a variety of related organizations throughout his career. Currently, in addition to MedEvac Foundation International, he is a member of several boards and sub committees.
