Sunday, October 15
8:00 – 9:30 AM CDT MedEvac Foundation International ground 5K for Safety in Trinity Park, Fort Worth, TX.
This year in Fort Worth we added a 5K event to help raise awareness for the MedEvac Foundation. The 5K will begin at the Phyllis Tilley Memorial Pedestrian Bridge, cross over the Trinity River and connect to Trinity Park. Round trip transportation will be provided from the Omni Hotel to the Phyllis Tilley Bridge. Click here to register.
Sunday, October 15
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM CDT MedEvac Foundation International golf event
This year’s event will be held at Topgolf Fort Worth, with an 11:00 AM start. Transportation will be provided from the Omni Hotel. Participants will enjoy a morning of this fun and exciting event, and will receive lunch, and the opportunity to win great prizes. Click here to register.

6:00 PM CDT MedEvac Foundation International Donor Reception – Invitation Only
The Foundation is honored to have this opportunity to thank and publicly recognize our most generous donors and supporters. Invitations will be sent to companies that have donated more than $5000 and individuals who have donated more than $500 in the previous fiscal year. We look forward to honoring these important supporters of the Foundation mission.
Monday and Tuesday, October 16 – 17
Be sure to stop by the silent auction located at the AMTC Exhibit Hall. The silent auction will open at 12:00 PM CDT on Monday and close by 1:00 PM CDT on Tuesday. We have a great selection of items this year, including show tickets, vacation packages, autographed sports gear, and more. Don’t miss this opportunity to score a great deal while supporting the Foundation.

Due to conflicting schedules and the logistics of organizing two cars and drivers on two different coasts, the MedEvac Foundation has made the difficult decision not to hold the 2017 GASD. On behalf of the MedEvac Foundation, we would like to apologize for eliminating the 2017 GASD from our events schedule, especially to those of you who have already made safety day plans. The Foundation is committed to attending your safety day event should you decide to continue.
