The MedEvac Foundation International accepted renewed pledges from Med-Trans Corporation and REACH Air Medical Services in February. Each company renewed its support for three years, helping the Foundation to continue its research, education and outreach programs.
Med-Trans Corporation, a leading air medical provider with partnerships across 25 states, pledged to donate $75,000 to the Foundation over the next three years.
“We are pleased to support the MedEvac Foundation as their overall mission and vision aligns closely with our organization,” said Rob Hamilton, Chief Operating Officer of Med-Trans Corporation. “Their commitment of advancing medical transport through outreach, education and research channels is a cause that we are happy to support.”
REACH Air Medical Services provides helicopter, airplane and ground ambulance transports for critically ill or injured patients. Their pledge provides the MedEvac Foundation with $30,000 over the next three years.
“REACH is proud to support the MedEvac Foundation. Their goal of promoting education, research, safety and advanced patient care in the air medical and critical care environment makes a positive and lasting impact on our industry as a whole,” said REACH President Sean Russell.
“The MedEvac Foundation is pleased to announce renewed pledges from Med-Trans Corporation and REACH Air Medical Services,” said Rick Sherlock, President and CEO of the MedEvac Foundation International. “Their continued generous support demonstrates the importance and value of the Foundation’s work to the Air Medical and Critical Care Ground Transport industry.”
With Air Evac Lifeteam’s December 2015 pledge of $45,000, these two new pledges bring Air Medical Group Holdings support of the MedEvac Foundation to $150,000 over three years.
